SolveIT Ghana Limited uses the name, school, email, optional phone number and message you submit to respond to your enquiry or arrange a demo. Please do not include student records or sensitive information.

How your enquiry reaches us

We send enquiries through Mailgun to our team’s inbox. We do not keep an enquiry database on this website. Messages may remain in our email and delivery provider’s systems for handling your request and necessary record keeping.

Cookies and protection

The enquiry form uses a short-lived browser cookie to help prevent spam and duplicate submissions. We use temporary submission limits. This website does not include advertising or visitor analytics tools. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical access logs.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information through privacy support. Some information may need to be retained where required by law.
