Does every school need a different app?
No. OmniSchool is one app for participating schools. Parents save their schools and use the account provided by each school.
Can our school choose the features it uses?
Yes. A school can offer Canteen, Child Pickup, or both. Meal options, online payments and notifications can be configured for the school.
How do parents join?
Your school shares its code or QR. Parents connect the school in OmniSchool, then sign in with the account provided by that school.
How do canteen payments work?
Where online payments are enabled, parents can fund their children’s canteen accounts through Paystack. The payment summary shows the account credit and charges before payment.
Does a Pickup Notice complete pickup?
No. A Pickup Notice tells staff which children to get ready. Authorised staff record the actual drop-off or pickup.
